I recently watched parliamentary debates and talks of Hermann? Scheer from 10 years ago. At that time his EEG (Renewable Energy Act) was being introduced. It is really rewarding to see his vision outpreform even his own expectations and proof all the conventional energy believers fundamentally wrong. Can you use other light sources on solar panels and get same energy like wrapping solar panels with El wire or electroluminescent glow wire or fiber optic glow wire and get more energy? than you put into it?
